If you’re driving down the highway and some stuff blows out the window onto the median, cut your losses. Don’t pull over and get it. It’s not worth it. You probably won’t even find it.
I will say this, I found some interesting stuff out there, but it was heavily guarded by a Hitchcock-esque swarm of mosquitoes. I went from managing to duck the little bloodsuckers all summer to being a serious candidate for West Nile Tragedy of The Week. I have more mosquito bites on my body, right now, than I have had in the two years leading up to this past weekend.
